Site Analysis and Evaluation KlingStubbins provides pre-design programming, land planning, master planning, strategic facility planning, strategic master planning and procurement of development incentives services to corporate, development and higher education clients. The firm’s successful ongoing relationships with these clients serve as testament to KlingStubbins’ success in assisting them in developing successful strategies and accurate assessments of their existing facilities to both determine their current needs and define their future goals. Land planning and master planning processes begin at the data gathering phase and continue through pre-design programming, conditions analysis and subsequent recommendations. Ancillary services available include landscape architecture, site development, plans, regulatory agency permitting processes and civil engineering. Strategic Facilities Planning is a cost-effective method of maximizing the efficiency and productivity of a company’s real estate holdings. Working with a multi-disciplined client team, we analyze the client’s Strategic Plan, Business Plan, constraints and resources to provide “what if” scenarios for optimizing decisions related to managing corporate real estate holdings and their future development. Strategic Master Planning involves not only the traditional site assessment and facilities evaluation but incorporates a global business assessment that analyzes the impact of potential incentives-for-development packages from states, EDC’s, counties and cities, technology, geography, strategic markets and suppliers, resources, infrastructure, etc. to provide a strategic assessment of our clients’ future site and facility needs. The results are planning models that represent master plan schedules and annualized cash flows that can be used in long-term projections for capital expenditures and/or to judge alternate development scenarios. |
